We supply everything the animal will need: food, bedding, crate. All you need to supply is love, a nice home and time. If you think you can help please e-mail your location and phone number to foster@poundpuppy.org Advert Start This is a special appeal We at Pound Puppy Rescue have been asked to help these two pups in Spain. We have named them Archie and Poppy. These poor pups were found living on the street in awful condition. There were three pups but one was killed by a car. The little black one was also injured by a car resulting in a fluid filled lump on the top of his head for which he is receiving treatment. These pups are with a fantastic foster home in Spain where they will stay until we can obtain a pet passport for them. This will require vaccination, microchip, rabies innoculation, worm and flea treatment. Once they have their passports the pups will come to the UK though DEFRA. We have just rescued a van full of dogs that were scheduled for destruction before the new year. Dorset Police report 129456 : On Saturday 7th November in Swanage , a man described to be in his early 20s with short brown hair and wearing blue tracksuit bottoms, a blue jumper and a body warmer was seen to go into a garden and place a bowl of food on the ground in order to entice the dog over. The man was then seen to pick the family dog up and attempt to walk off with it. He was challenged and left the dog in the garden. Previously to this, there has been a report of a similar incident in the Winterbourne Valley area of Dorchester . We have had reports of a Grey VW Transporter van - click here for photo , driving on foreign plates (first three digits being 141 - see update below), being spotted in the Winterborne Valley area recently, as well as the Purbeck Police area, acting suspiciously around dogs and their owners.
